When raising an incident via this Support Portal, it is important that potential application faults are classified as application faults.
There are several dashboard widgets, reports and internal KPI's which are driven by this classification.
If a fault is classified as a help request then its prioritisation could be impacted.

Version 1.3 of the Concerto Plugins are now available
|
|
A new release of the Plugins is available from the Library. The most important enhancement is the release of a 64 bit version of the NeSiE, providing compatibility with the increasingly popular Vista and Windows 7 64 bit Operating Systems.

Concerto media gallery now open to all our Portal users
|
We have added a media gallery to our Community Portal sites.
To access it use your web browser to navigate to http://www.gallery.concerto.co.uk
You can create a user on the site (top left!), or contact Support to request the guest password.
The gallery will be used primarily for uploading application demos, technical how-to's and other useful visual demonstrations.
It
has not been around for long but content is being actively authored for
new features. Over time we hope it will form a basis for online help
content authored on our wiki, which is currently under development.
You will require Flash player to view the current movies.
If you have any particular ideas, (almost) all requests for gallery additions are gratefully received!

UPDATED:- Helpdesk guidance document released
|
Helpdesk guidance is provided in the attached document. It outlines how to use the support facility to log issues. It includes valuable guidance on what details should be recorded when logging an issue along with the definitions behind item priorities and statuses.
It is also available in a Microsoft Word format on request - email support@concertosupport.co.uk if you would like to receive a copy.
If you spot any errors or wish to request additional inclusions then please let us know.

ISO Quality and Environmental Policy
|
We have ISO Quality and Environmental Systems in place (9001 and 14001). Our QEM master and operational procedures documentation are available on request to any of our clients.
Any member of the public can also request to see our environmental policy.
