News item Build numbers now visible on complete issues
It's a small but useful tweak to the support portal. Complete issues now display the build number against which the issue was completed.

This will allow you to quickly tell whether or not you have the feature or fix available yet in either your live or sandbox version.

Note that this only applies to issues that involve changes to the P2 codebase.

News item ISO Quality and Environmental Policy
We have ISO Quality and Environmental Systems in place (9001 and 14001). Our QEM master and operational procedures documentation are available on request to any of our clients.

Any member of the public can also request to see our environmental policy.

News item New ERD available for Portfolios
For those people who do their own reports and queries a new entity relationship diagram is available on request covering Site Portfolios.

Additionally we do have a library of ERDs covering other areas that we can also provide if required. Just email support or telephone us.

News item Helpdesk guidance document released
Helpdesk guidance is provided in the attached document. It outlines how to use the support facility to log issues. It includes valuable guidance on what details should be recorded when logging an issue along with the definitions behind item priorities and statuses.

It is also available in a Microsoft Word format on request - email support@concertosupport.co.uk if you would like to receive a copy.

If you spot any errors or wish to request additional inclusions then please let us know.
